By downloading or using 06AM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of service

06AM is a mission-based alarm application for iOS. The app requires you to complete a physical or photo-based mission to dismiss your alarm. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Subscription — 06AM Pro

06AM offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("06AM Pro") with the following terms:

• Monthly: $6.99 per month
• Annual: $29.99 per year, includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends

Health and safety

Push-up and movement missions are performed at your own risk. Consult a physician before starting any new exercise routine. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. 06AM is not a medical device and does not provide health advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Bypass or tamper with mission verification in ways that could endanger yourself or others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Disclaimer of warranties

06AM is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will wake you on time, that alarms will fire in all conditions, or that mission detection will be error-free. You are responsible for having backup wake-up methods for critical appointments.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of 06AM, including missed appointments, lost income, or injury.

Intellectual property

06AM, its design, code, and content are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version is at zero6am.com/terms.
